3G Capital completes acquisition of controlling interest in Hunter Douglas, the world market leader in window coverings.

 

MME advised Hunter Douglas in this transaction with regard to Swiss law related matters. The MME team was led by Andreas Müller (Partner, Tax) and Thomas Müller (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and included Christina Stocker (Senior Tax Advisor) and Florian Angstmann (Associate, Corporate/M&A).
