MME advised WeatherXM AG, a leading decentralized physical infrastructure network.

MME advised WeatherXM AG, a leading decentralized physical infrastructure network (DePIN), in its  $7.7 million USD Series A round led by Lightspeed Faction. Additional participating investors include inter alia: Protocol Labs, Borderless Capital, Arca, Alumni Ventures, Placeholder VC, Consensys Mesh, Westerly Ventures. 

MME team was led by Peter Kuhn (Legal Partner, Corporate / M&A), Michael Kunz (Legal Partner, Fintech) and Thomas Linder (Tax Partner)  and further included Eric Sutter (Senior Tax Advisor), Christoph Zellweger (Senior Legal Associate) and Sebastian Hepp (Legal Associate).
