Aurelia Nick* has in-depth experience advising nationally and internationally regulated financial market infrastructures and startups focusing on financial market law, FinTech, DLT, Blockchain, Decentralized Finance (DeFi), regulatory compliance, and gaming.

She is invited internationally as a guest speaker, holds training courses for regulators, and is a member of the FinTech think tank "Reg@Tech at Wharton" at the Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia, USA.

Aurelia was involved in building the world's first crypto bank. Her specialization lies in the digitization of assets and corporate law processes and assisting clients in proceedings before regulatory authorities.

Through her strong commitment to cross-industry initiatives such as "4T-DLT"/digitalswitzerland, she actively promotes the further development of Switzerland as a sustainable location for FinTech and DLT companies.
