Dr. Bernhard Meyer, one of the three founding partners of MME, is an internationally renowned arbitrator and litigation specialist. He is the former Vice-President of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), former President of the ICC Arbitration Commission Switzerland, former Head of the Arbitration Section of the Zurich Bar Association, and the ASA Zurich Local Group.
In the international arena, Bernhard was a Jurisdictional Council Member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA), Vice-Chair of the IPBA Dispute Resolution Committee, and Co-Chair of the International Sales Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).
Bernhard is the author and co-author of numerous books and publications, particularly in the field of arbitration and procedural law.
