Fernando Tafur advises domestic and foreign clients on legal and regulatory issues in the areas of FinTech and distributed ledger technology (DLT). He also advises his clients on corporate, data protection and licensing law as well as general contract law.
Previously, Fernando Tafur worked in various commercial law firms in an advisory and litigation capacity and worked as a research assistant on publications in the area of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Thanks to his multilingualism, he also advises his clients in Spanish, English and French.
