Prof. Dr. iur. Juana Vasella's main areas of expertise are health and therapeutic products law and contract law. She advises pharmaceutical and medical device companies, doctors, pharmacists and therapists, hospitals, care facilities, and professional associations. Juana is also active in transport and logistics law and commercial criminal law.
Juana is a full professor of business law at the EAH Jena and co-director of the Competence Centre for Logistics and Transport Law at the University of Lucerne. For many years, she has taught at universities in Switzerland and Germany, is the author of numerous publications, speaks at conferences, and is the co-publisher and editor of "swissblawg".
