Prof. Dr. iur. Juana Vasella's main areas of expertise are health and therapeutic products law and contract law. She advises pharmaceutical and medical device companies, doctors, pharmacists and therapists, hospitals, care facilities, and professional associations.
Juana is the Head of the Institute of Enterprise Law at the ZHAW School of Management and Law and a Professor of Business and Enterprise Law. For many years, she has taught at universities in Switzerland and Germany, is the author of numerous publications, speaks at conferences, and is the publisher and editor of «swissblawg».
