Martina Kim has joined MME in 2021 as an attorney at law and notary. She works primarily in the areas of M&A transactions, startup financing, corporate and contract law as well as real estate and construction law. She advises companies and private individuals and represents clients before courts and authorities. She is also a notary public in the Canton of Zug.
After completing her law studies at the University of Bern, Martina Kim worked for almost two years as a legal advisor in the area of financial services at a leading auditing and consulting firm before completing her legal internship at MME.
