Noémi Ziegler is an expert in data protection law and provides advice on various aspects of information, data, and technology law, as well as the respective interface issues with other legal domains. This includes counselling in connection with artificial intelligence (AI) models. Key areas of focus include data-sharing and data-usage models, data contracts, corporate and cross-border data transfers, as well as support for IT projects and outsourcing. She represents clients vis-à-vis authorities and assists them in audits and compliance processes.
Noémi Ziegler brings extensive consultancy and in-house expertise in her specialised field. Prior to joining MME, she worked as an attorney with another large corporate law firm and served as a data protection officer with a major insurance group.
She is a co-founder of the Swiss Association for AI Law, an advisor to the Swiss IT Woman Lawyer’s Association, and regularly delivers lectures on topics related to data law.
