Seraina Kihm has many years of experience in real estate transactions, in the development and realisation of real estate projects as well as in advising and supporting national and international clients in real estate law matters.
Her core competencies include the drafting and negotiation of purchase agreements, contracts for work and services, lease agreements, building lease agreements and other easement agreements. Another main focus of her work is advising clients on regulatory issues («Lex Koller»).
