Before joining MME, Stephan worked as an auditor at the Cantonal Court of the Canton of Zug, completed his substitute year at a leading law firm in the Zug economic area, and worked for a large insurance company and an internationally active consulting firm (Big Four).
Stephan F. Greber's practice focuses on corporate and contract law, M&A, corporate governance / ESG as well as litigation law. He advises domestic and foreign companies and private individuals, represents them before courts and authorities, and is a notary public in the Canton of Zug.
