Dr. Urs Isenegger brings a wealth of experience as a commercial lawyer with a focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and competition law, and contract law.
Urs applies his profound knowledge in cross-border transactions and projects. His practical experience is rounded off by his extensive service on management and supervisory bodies in the board of directors, foundation board, advisory board, etc.
Before joining MME, Urs was a Managing Partner at a medium-sized commercial law firm in Zurich for 20 years. Alongside his work, he is a coach and jury member in renowned business plan competitions.
